INTEGRATION WITH SKYPE
PowerCTI is fully integrated with Skype. PowerCTI allows the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to call directly from CRM all the numbers using Skype libraries. PowerCTI is immediately integrated, and doesn’t require any configuration.
ADMINISTRATION SIDE OF PowerCTI
PowerCTI has a setup that should be installed on the Server. This setup allows the administrator of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to install the call button in the CRM. The administration is ready for all types of CRM installation: on-premise and IFD.
The administrator can also choose:
- The label text of the button
- Where to display the button
- In what CompanyID install the button (only in IFD mode)

HISTORY CALLS
PowerCTI keeps detailed track on previous calls. This allows to analyze calling times and and quickly call back by selecting any previous phone call. Additionally, the history allows users to create contacts, account, phone call activities subsequently.

INBOUND CALLS
PowerCTI allows the operator to tap all the inbound calls received. For example, if you receive a call, PowerCTI searches the caller ID number (also the name of Skype user) inside the CRM, and once founded, it displays the window associated to the caller, otherwise it opens a new one.
OUTBOUND CALLS
PowerCTI allows the Microsoft Dynamics CRM user to make calls simply pressing the button in the CRM, without typing the phone number. This thanks to the integration of PowerCTI with all existing protocols VOIP that makes PowerCTI flexible for all type of companies.
CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT - TELEMARKETING
